I do appreciate your recommending me these books, as have others who have
recommended me that I read the Director manual, Lingo Bible,
Director-on-line...

I have a boss who's a programmer himself, who wants workable programs
and doesn't like to explain anything. I feel very ashamed therefore to ask
him things...

I am therefore quite glad that the List answers my questions, some of which
must be pretty stupid...I'm also sorry if I have offended anyone with my
stupidity and ignorance...

Is there any way to shorten this learning curve? I need to know Lingo
programming, and as much as I can to produce efficient, workable programs. I
need to know MIAWs, 3-D and lists in as short a time as possible...

However, I am not expecting any handouts and I know I need to work at this
myself...

I am therefore very open to suggestions as to how to go about doing this...

Here, I apologize if in writing this, I have offended anyone. It is not my
intention to do so.

Thank you,

Genevieve
