repeat with a = 0 to 1
repeat with b = 0 to 1
repeat with c = 0 to 1
repeat with d = 0 to 1
repeat with e = 0 to 1
put a,b,c,d,e
end repeat
end repeat
end repeat
end repeat
end repeat

that'll not only give you all combinations (with no repeats), but it does 
it by counting upwards by 1 in binary
