Direct media. Works very well for me. I had some trouble at first to implement my project on the client computer (don't think large distribution for MPEG2 based projects on PC). The xtra did not acces the dvd soft decoder installed (WIN DVD) , so i had to install Ligos to get rid of this. The "cpuboost" property is very usefull.
