As I mentioned, I believe you can output AICC compliant data from Director or Shockwave as long as you understand the format. You might want to go to http://www.aicc.org/ and jump in on their message board, poke around and ask a few questions. In order to get your data out of Director and into the LMS you're going to have to use some variety of data transfer locally, or over the web or a LAN. This will either be speaking directly to a database, or there may be some middleware involved. Once you understand what it is you have to do, I think it'll be easier to ask specific questions. "AICC compliant" is such a loose term and so rarely true, you'll obviously want to test with whatever LMS system you're going with. A blanket "AICC compliant" format won't necessarily make it with every so-called AICC compliant system.
