Buyer Beware!!!

I think Ldms are the greatest thing since sliced bread. Even wrote an article
describing them http://www.director-online.com/accessArticle.cfm?id=439

BUT there are pitfalls. And embedding code inside filmloops is even trickier.
(see my earlier post to Ian where behaviours inside of filmloops have to be able
to know there host sprite just to tell there own sprite to change
properties...it works but what a pain) Macromedia needs to do a lot of work for
LDMs or filmloops to become as easy to use as movie clips are in flash. Many
people have been asking for this and hopefully the day will come. In the
meantime play with have fun and make sure you understand their limitations
before incorporating them into any projects with tight deadlines.
