I want to save sound castmembers out as AIFF files.

I've got a cast with 1005 members in it that seems to have gotten
corrupted (every now and then the _whole_cast_ gets loaded into ram, all
84MB of it!).

What I'd like to try is saving each of the members back out as AIFF
files and use _them_ to create a new cast. (The original files are only
marginally useful, there's been a lot of renaming since they were imported).

Any slick tricks for doing this?

I poked about in there and the only one I found that looks like it would
do the job is:

> Record AIFF Record and save sound files Mac Matthew Caldwell

and (ftp or www).sharedcast.com isn't up. :\

Any other places to look?
