It seems huge! I really thing you shouldn't use FileMaker for that :) Try
with SQL Server, Oracle or DB2 instead! Then, you can easily connect to an
external database using GoldenGate:

Personally, I would do it directly in SQL Server (or Oracle/DB2). I strongly
suggest you to try with a little amount of data first, to see how it looks
like in term of speed. You might want to download GoldenGate and give it a
try...
