You can say:

importfileinto member 1, the filename of member 1

and it will make the externally linked sound in member 1 be an 
internal sound. Make that into a repeat to run around your cast 
fixing all of them (for this example, we'll assume they are 
consecutive members in one castlib):

on fixsounds firstmember, lastmember,thecast
   repeat with a = firstmember to lastmember
     importfileinto member a of castlib thecast, the filename of 
member a of castlib thecast
   end repeat
end

By the way, if you have some that are internal already, the 
importfileinto won't harm them, because the filename of the member is 
"", and it fails silently without damaging the member.
