I've gotten feedback from the client's QA house and they find that on a
few of their windows machines* there is a great deal of clicking
happening in the audio (imported AIFFs).

Could this be a SoundDevice problem?

I've searched the Macromedia Site as best I can and can't find anything
addressing this for D8.5. The most recent mention I found was for D6
explaining that some sound cards just do this and they're working on it.

Is there more recent info anywhere that someone can point me to?
