Well Axel, Just like Guns'n'Roses, VRML is so passe.

Kidding, No really I am. Do you not see my winky emoticons;););)

Seriously, this is stretching my knowledge way back to the days when I
actually did some VRML. Back then I used an Xtra called RealVR which was a
competing technology for QuickTime VR, except you could do so much more with
it then just display panoramas. It was VRML based and you could write your
own VRML nodes to insert VRML objects into the panoramas, complete with
animation and interactivity... it was very cool. Unfortunately it is no
longer around, but you may be able to still find it somewhere... maybe it
still works with more current versions of Director.

You may find other VRML xtras. Try searching at upstage.com's mile high
table of Xtras. Unfortunately even back in the day there were not a lot of
VRML Xtras for Director. Maybe Barry Swans 3D engine can deal with VRML? How
'bout it Barry, can VRML somehow be converted and applied to your engine?

Wish I could be of more help.
