Hello, In response to a client who loves to make last minute (or even post-delivery) changes to menu structure and wording in software training programs, I am trying to build a dynamically created menu. I have all of the content in an INI file plan to use baReadIni() to create the menu at run time.
Basically, I want to read a value, create a new cast member, then place it into the score and onto the stage at run time. I want to place the new sprite into the movie at a certain locV and locH. Is this possible? So far I get the value into a new cast member, but I don't know how to then add to the movie where I want it. The catch is that the client wants the sub section choices to slide down under the main section when clicked on. There are always varied numbers of sections and subsections. Thanks for any clues! (if someone already has coded this I will gladly license it from you!) Dennis Acton __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Check out Yahoo! Shopping and Yahoo!
