CBT and the methods used to educate are very complex in structure. A simple multiple choice test would be better suited for an intermediate lingo programer. A CBT module would consist of: 1. an objective (to learn) 2. provide a testing environment with proper feedback and reinforcement 3. provide results and further resources. Options for such a module would even complicate the development even more. Users and a user management system, education modules that can be plugged-in, A record keeping and grading system. A CBT-system, design and deployment must be very well planned out with an educator, designer and a developer. If you want a simple yes/no or multiple choice quiz there are many books with examples you could use. Good luck & have fun programming.
