Kathie, As is discussed in the documentation for this command you need to make sure that the target movie file is already on your local machine by using either preloadNetThing() or downloadNetThing() (issue command, wait for netDone, check for errors, the usual routine for downloading files via these commands), are you doing this?
I'm not familiar with that particular error message nor am I clear as to why it would be generated if the target movie wasn't local but my question above is always the first I ask.
