Hello,
I've created a extinctive address, calendar, task, email program in
director.
I first saved all the info using the setPref, getPref, but, This slows
all operations to a snails pace. So I began looking into database xtras and
have found that the Valintina DataBase worked best for speed and search
capabilities.
I've all so created the same program using the V12 database but, was not to
happy with the pricing of the xtra. Yes if your looking for simplicity use
the V12. If your looking for a database that really kicks butt the valentina
is the way to go. It uses sql which is a create feature for what I needed.
So, I would look into both of the databases and use them to write and
collect information.

Peace and God Bless,
Matt Wells
