Keep in mind that E-Residency doesn't give you the right to actually live in Estonia, just do business online there from afar.

One thing the Ambassador point out in a talk at ANU was that the entire country's electronic government records are backed up in Luxembourg. They were considering another copy in Canberra. So I guess if invaded, they could wipe the local copy to deny the occupier access, and run a government in exile.
