??? I do none of that and downloaded over 1.5Gb on two diff days this month, with software updates and some video playback. I'm well below the ABS average usually, but what with the increase in video quality for Youtube, educational usage, cloud file storage, telecommuting -- need I go on? -- the norm is bound to increase. 31GB is nothing in a multi-device household nowadays, which is something else the crazies on the LNP are overlooking -- multiple device draws on bandwidth which are also going to increase. So my monthly average is around 8Gb. Multiply by a family of four and you're up to 32Gb quite easily with normal use.
