Even better, write over the forms "Deceptive sneaky unacceptable" or similar and send them back in the reply-paid envelope.
There are conditions on the AEC website that are supposedly the acceptable circumstances for needing a postal vote. There is no suggestion in the parties' forms that there re any conditions at all.
