"The government also had reduced its funding for a number of
academic disciplines, with modelling showing the university would
face cuts of more than $5000 per student in engineering,
environmental sciences, communications, and science courses. "
So, courses that historically have higher operating costs are going
to lose funding. Why am I not surprised????
I worked in an institution that provided an extra loading from our
state funds to cover the extra costs involved. It can't be that
different in Australia.
By the way, the so-called STEM programs in the US are getting even
MORE funding because they are the innovation centres for the future.
Can the adults start running the government again soon, please?

Sooner or later, I hate to break it to you, you're gonna die, so how
do you fill in the space between here and there? It's yours. Seize your space.
