Like everyone, we pay our household electricity bill every three months. Our usage is usually quite close to 25,000 kWh, for which we pay $350
For the first time, our account today includes the following adjustment: "Carbon Price Removal Rebate 01/07/2014 - 25/11/2014 -$36.57" We are so glad our power company can emit all the CO2 it wants again and we don't have to pay thirty six dollars billed over the last half year.
