Precisely why such systems should NEVER be used ANYWHERE. And, perhaps further, why scrutiny of the voting system at large---electronic or not---needs to extend to its fundamental basis, not just on the squabble over implementation of technologies. The entire political system needs serious scrutiny and overhaul; especially in places that still like to call themselves democracies---like the United States for instance---where elections are rigged, electronic and not. _______________________________________________ Link mailing list [email protected] http://mailman.anu.edu.au/mailman/listinfo/link
