My NBN link via iinet went slow via my iPad. Initially I suspected my iPad
which occasionally gets confused so I tried a network settings reset and then a
reboot and a reset of the modem. No luck.
I found the network speed app I normally used was using a Singapore node as its
test point instead of Melbourne and my normal ~20Mbps was reduced to ~3.
Turned of wifi and tried the link via the phone network and a different speed
test app. This went via Sydney using Telsta 4G and I got ~8Mbps which was
normal. What this all means I do not know. I guessed if I waited it would get
fixed and everything seemed normal this morning.
