As bush telecomm's fall further and further behind, I wonder how the issue will impact the coming election.

So apparently me pushing for answers about dodgy phone and internet service in North/West/Central Queensland has upset Telstra and it seems they have blocked me from commenting or posting on the Telstra 24x7 page. I would really hope however that it's just a Facebook glitch and they're not trying to gag me.

This comes after me making a one post and three comments asking if people in the above mentioned region could contact me so their names could go on a big list of people having issues. Which is exactly what the Telstra reps who I've spoken to (who haven't got back to me) asked me to do. I have in no way been rude or offensive. I'm just trying to help rural families. People I care very deeply about.

So Telstra, if you HAVE blocked me, this is my message to you (got my shouty voice on now).

I WILL NOT be silenced when it comes to standing up for rural families who are already under stress and don't need the extra drama of dodgy phone and internet service.

I WILL be VERY vocal when it comes to bush kids only being able to access 45 minutes out of 12 HOURS of their on air lessons due to how poor your 3G service has been in the last four weeks. Would you be happy if your child could only access 6.25% of their teacher time?

I WILL talk to any media and politician who will listen to me when your same poor service and refusal to acknowledge a problem puts a bush kid's life at risk.

I WILL NOT stop lobbying for rural businesses to get a fair go.

I WILL do everything in my power to support the well being of Rural Australia.

And I WILL NOT back down until you do something about it!

I am more than happy to talk to you and work with you. Goodness only knows you've had enough emails and phone calls from me lately! Message me via this page if you must. But someone better come up with some answers soon before something goes very wrong.

Please share this to let Telstra know we DESERVE better service, given the price we pay.
