Akamai releases its Q3 2016 Report "Quarterly changes were mixed and modest in the third quarter, with nine countries seeing speeds increase and six seeing them decrease. Gains ranged between 1.3% in Malaysia and 8.1% in Indonesia, while declines varied from 0.1% in the Philippines to 8.2% in Australia." Thank you Malcs!
