http://thepiratebay.se/

If I use https://thepiratebay.se/ it times out.

Pass.

It doesn't redirect, it just returns a dummy html page with the warning
on it. The html page contains this:
"<meta name="copyright" content="TPG Internet Pty Ltd, Sydney 2016. All
rights reserved">"
AFAIK iinet is now owned by TPG.

I use the ISPs defalt

If I change the default DNS to 8.8.8.8 it doesn't block.

Going to http://thepiratebay.se/ redirects to https://thepiratebay.org/
