Foxtel is pushing its iQ3 packages hard. Trouble is, it relies on
stable, high-bandwidth Internet. Over most of the nation, our NBN
doesn't come up to scratch. If a customer complains loudly enough,
Foxtel has been known to allow a downgrade to iQ2.
