The simplest way IMHO to describe the difference between the left and the right is to say that the right believes that if you take care of the money, things will work out OK. The left believes that if you take care of the people, things will work out OK. Both extremes are wrong, but I do agree with the thesis that "the facts have a left-wing bias". Probably because money is a construct and people are real.[1] There must be some reason why less than 10% of American scientists are Republicans :-) Regards, K.
