AFAIK it is only for the website and I'm not suggesting anything else. The gov't says "people should make an informed decision" This is the site people are told to go to in the gov'ts parse propaganda brochures, if you can find one, my GP and local Post office don't have them. If the information is incomplete and untrustworthy, how the heck is anyone supposed to make a valid, informed decision? And on the subject of the myhr itself, if the person who "owns" their myhr doesn't keep accurate, complete and up-to-date who does? Answer nobody. If they don't have the internet and/or cannot figure out how to operate it, even if it is only to read what is there, how are they supposed to manage it?
