The Ramsay Centre has announced it will provide the University of Wollongong (UoW) with $50M for a BA in "Western Civilization": https://www.ramsaycentre.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/RCWC-MEDIA-RELEASE-UOW-MOU.pdf

But it is not clear to me that the Center's curriculum, or its teaching methods, will be of benefit to the university, students, or western civilization. Spending a lot of time studying the "seminal texts of the Western tradition", will leave less time for learning 21st century knowledge and skills. Foregoing the benefits of modern teaching techniques, will place these students at a disadvantage.

Such an education will not help protect a modern democracy from a coordinated attack conducted via social media. Such attacks are being mounted today by scientists and engineers with advanced technical skills employed by nation states. Someone with the Ramsay Center's education would be as useful defending western civilization in the 21st century, as classically educated military officers of the 20th century on horseback were facing a mechanized army.
