On the other hand, Russia has been very focussed on possible problems arising from EM radiation exposure since long before 5G came into public consciousness. And I'd really like to know how 5G technology will give a nation a "competitive edge" - just a couple of specific & plausible examples would be nice, not the usual arm-waving.
