Privacy experts are raising concerns about sensitive medical
information released by the Department of Human Services to state and
federal police agencies.
Unlike the controversial My Health Record, law enforcement does not
require a warrant or court order to mine data held with the
Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme or Medicare Benefits Schedule.
