Funny, but I was looking at it last week as well. I didn't pay any attention this week. I"m with Kim, that it's a TV panel showing one of those fake fire videos. Now, what is actually in the fire is another question. If it's the white bit in the right hand side, it looks like an envelope. My guess is that the video is on a loop because nothing burns up. And it's the same each week. I just watched last week and this week on iview to check.
