>From the point of view of the Drupal community, these discussions should preferably take place at Drupal's existing Semantic Web interest group [1] - it's more of a web forum than a mailing list, but you can get e-mail notifications and/or subscribe to an RSS feed of the discussions. If you sign up [2] for a user account at Drupal.org, you can use the same user credentials to login to the groups.drupal.org site as well (just append @drupal.org to the user name).
