That's a good idea !
You just have to create some new msilbcenc.c and msilbcdec.c into
mediastreamer/ , each of those file implementing a MSFilter object wrapping
the ilbc functions.
It's quite easy: just have a look at msspeexenc.c and msspeexdec.c, it's
exactly the same.
