enable: true mode, if a call is recived the linphone doen't send the
200 OK SIP response to the proxy.

Yes, we ran into this as well. My coworker, Steve Ayer, just posted a
patch to linphone-developers that fixes the SIP stack so that the call
negotiation completes. Now he's working on the RTP layer.
