Hi, I think all you need is to create a RtpSession with RTP_SESSION_SENDRECV, thus call rtp_session_set_symmetric_rtp() that would make outgoing packets go to the source of incoming packets. RTCP packets will be compound packets with SDES and SR (including a RR).
