I have been testing linphone 1.7.0 for days, compilation all went through
without any problem, but whenever a sip client init an Invoite reqest with
following SDP
m=video 5196 RTP/AVP 34
a=rtpmap:34 H263/90000
Linphone always declines the request ( return m=video 0 RTP/AVP 0 ), in fact, I
can see the video codecs in gui.
If I start linphone with --verbose, I could see two suspicious, 1) /dev/video0,
no such device, 2) ortp-warning H263 is not enabled.
Anyone knows what's the problem? How can I fix it?
