It's not hard to enter a URL on the Openmoko version of android, but it doesn't have access to the Market as that part of android isn't free in either sense. Do you mean https://sites.google.com/site/ddphonevideo/ ? If so I'm still in the dark. There's a link under the 'code' heading, but I've no idea what's behind it as I don't have or want a google account.
