Hi John,

Linphone video on Android is quite new, it might explain why there is not a lot 
web sites reporting the usage of this new feature. Until we have a "Video How 
to", let me explain how to proceed.
First, you need someone to talk to. You can use the latest Linphone for linux 
(I.E 3.4) and create 2 sip accounts on linphone.org. By default, video is not 
activated from the config, so just check the "Enable Video" and optionally 
"Initiate video calls". Now, you are ready, just call you Linphone Linux using 
sip.linphone.org and a new Video view should appears.
