Hi Klaus,

This is a nat trick. Based on the received/rport params of the answer to
this OPTIONS, linphone gets a chance to put a correct contact address in
the 200 Ok answer.
Which will allow further requests to be received.
Of course when the proxy is nat-aware (in this case, inserts a
record-route, like sip.linphone.org) this is useless.
