I do not live in France but I had a user try a VPN solution which experimentally worked for me in the US. VPN uses not only VPN but another protocol named GRE which apparently was blocked by the 3G french operator. Skype may work because it can use TCP instead of UDP. The only solution I know of was worked out by Simon - it involves a TCP to UDP proxy and a special version of Linphone. Dragos
