Till then, we are using openmcu server in conjunction with Linphone
for video-conferencing.

Точнее - разработаны два продукта, один из которых (рабочее название
mcuphone) - мини-mcu средствами Линфона, до 4-х участников, 2х2, не
требует отдельного openmcu server. Второй - использует mcu server +
расширенные возможности по укрупнению кадра оратора по VAD, различные
формы мозаик, и т.д.
