The Makefile in './oRTP' is missing the 'distclean' target, or there is no
Makefile.

You can ask the developer's list about it. I have seen the error, too, but
it disappeared on its own.

As a remedy, you can run './configure' manually. Even more invasive would
be 'autoreconf --force --install', followed by './configure'.

Both alternatives will change your source tree. Save the contents of
'./debian' when unpacking again.
