Hi Jason, For your point 1, try to make clean before redoing a make BUILD_X264=1. Also, check that <bool name="disable_all_patented_codecs_for_markets">false</bool> is set to false in res/values/non_localizable_custom.xml.
For your second point, you just need to import the project linphone-android from eclipse by selecting the root directory of the source code.
