Is there credit in your account? You need to top up the account if you want do
dial a number. Calls to other SIP users do not require credit instead.

I am using the Windows Phone 8 version of Linphone. I signed up for a free SIP
account on Linphone.org, and entered my account information into the app.
Whenever I dial a number, it hangs up after about half a second. Why?
