Thank you, thank you. Ran around a few weeks ago trying to get 3.7.0
installed and find all the parts with needed versions to no avail. Gave
up and went back to Twinklephone - wonderful but no video.
Installed 3.7.0 just now and made a call successfully. No encryption
and no video yet, but they all installed well - just need a linphone
callee.
The only error encountered was in the linphone-3.7.0 section. It was:
configure: error: libupnp >= 1.6 < 1.5 required;
In synaptic, find libupnp6-dev; install it; remove libupnp4-dev;
And that fixed it. Uboo (Ubuntu 13.10) is now happy.
