Julius, Launchpad was not very kind when I copied Ilya's packages. Maybe I didn't do it right, but the dependency waits didn't restart on their own.
In that process, I noticed that the packages for 'precise' had compiled in a funny order. I would probably rebuild the packages in the right order (linphone first and then the plugins), and see if the segfault goes away.
