Dear Bob

Try that

Unistall Linphone then go to this directory (in my case is: C:\Users\Joao
Pereira Rosa\AppData\Roaming Windows 7 ,C:\Documents and Settings\João
Rosa\Application Data Windows XP ) then delete Linphone directory and reinstall
Linphone.

If you have phone numbers in Contacts , you will lose them, if you want you
can make a copy of Linphone directory and in the next time you have only to
replace the linphone directory for the copy

with kinds regards
João Pereira Rosa
