What version of ios? What version of linphone? What codec are you using? Can you be more specific about the sound quality issues?
I just tested linphone 2.2.4.2 on ios 8.3 using opus and it sounds great. General sound quality is great. Echo cancellation is great. Noise cancellation is particularly great.
