Ive noticed the following problem in Linphone: however I modify the IP Bitrate value for any audio codec in Linphone Codec Settings, after a simple program restart the IP Bitrate is automatically set to the default value which is, in my case, too low. Having a look at the linphonerc file Ive had the impression that, unlike similar audio codec parameters like Sampling Frequency, the IP Bitrate is not configurable from here. Why is this happening?
