I used to have Linphone-2.5.1 from F-Droid on my phone and things were somewhat working (modulo the "Black screen, no controls during the call" issue mentioned here).
Now I upgraded to 3.1.0 and nothing works: registration fails for all
my accounts.
I haven't touched anything related to Linphone, AFAIK, since
the upgrade.
